These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Vintage Iran website and your purchase of products from us.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.

3. OUR PRODUCTS

Vintage Iran creates products inspired by Iranian history, culture, design and visual heritage.

Many of our products are made to order.

This means that a product is produced after an order has been placed rather than being manufactured and stored in advance.

Because of this production model, there may be minor variations between individual products.

These may include slight differences in colour, positioning, texture or appearance.

Such variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Product images

We make reasonable efforts to display product images and colours accurately.

However, colours may appear differently depending on your monitor, device or screen settings.

Product images may also be illustrative and should not always be interpreted as an exact representation of the physical product.

4. HISTORICAL MATERIAL & CREATIVE INTERPRETATION

Vintage Iran is inspired by genuine elements of Iranian history and visual culture.

Our products may reference historical:

  • Brands

  • Logos

  • Products

  • Packaging

  • Advertisements

  • Cars

  • Architecture

  • Places

  • Typography

  • Publications

  • Cultural objects

Some designs may reproduce historical material, while others may be digitally restored, reconstructed or artistically interpreted.

Where a historical subject is creatively reconstructed, we do not represent the resulting artwork as an original historical photograph, advertisement or object unless explicitly stated.

5. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

After completing checkout, you will receive an order confirmation.

The confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted if we subsequently identify an issue with availability, pricing, payment or another material error.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where necessary, including where:

  • A product or price has been listed incorrectly.

  • Payment cannot be authorised.

  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

  • A product cannot be fulfilled.

  • Delivery to the specified destination is unavailable.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

6. PRICES

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency.

Where applicable, prices include VAT or other taxes required to be included in the displayed price.

Shipping charges are generally shown separately and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time.

A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

7. PAYMENT

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can enter production.

We use third-party payment providers to process transactions.

We do not normally store your complete payment card information.

If payment is declined or cannot be authorised, we may cancel the order.

8. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Because our products are made to order, production generally begins shortly after an order is placed.

Once production has started, it may not be possible to make changes to:

  • Product selection

  • Size

  • Colour

  • Design

  • Quantity

  • Shipping address

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

We will do our best to accommodate the request, but cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once production has begun.

9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our products are produced and fulfilled through third-party fulfilment partners, including Printify and its network of production providers.

Orders may therefore be produced and shipped from different fulfilment locations depending on the product and destination.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • High seasonal demand

  • Production delays

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Weather

  • Postal or logistics disruptions

  • Events outside our reasonable control

10. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If you order from outside the country in which we operate, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

You are also responsible for ensuring that the products you order can legally be imported into your destination country.

11. RETURNS, REFUNDS & DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Our products are generally made to order.

For this reason, we do not generally accept returns simply because you have changed your mind, selected the wrong size or selected the wrong colour.

However, nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed or otherwise does not conform to the order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and photographs showing the issue.

We will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy.

12. CANCELLATION RIGHTS & CONSUMER RIGHTS

If you are a consumer, you may have legal rights under the laws of your country of residence.

Depending on where you live and the nature of the product, these rights may include rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rights that you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Where applicable law gives you a right to cancel an order, that right will apply subject to any lawful exceptions.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original content created by Vintage Iran is owned by or licensed to us unless otherwise stated.

This includes:

  • Vintage Iran branding

  • Logos

  • Original artwork

  • Illustrations

  • Graphics

  • Photography

  • Product designs

  • Website design

  • Written content

  • Collection names

  • Marketing materials

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, license or commercially exploit our original content without our written permission.

Historical trademarks and third-party material

Some Vintage Iran designs may feature historical brands, trademarks, logos or other third-party material.

Such intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners where applicable.

Our use of historical references does not necessarily indicate current ownership, sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement.

14. USER CONTENT

If you voluntarily submit photographs, reviews, comments, testimonials or other content to Vintage Iran, you confirm that:

  • You have the right to provide the content.

  • The content does not infringe another person's rights.

  • The content is not unlawful, abusive, misleading or defamatory.

Where you submit content for publication, you grant us permission to use, reproduce and display that content for purposes connected with Vintage Iran, including marketing and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law.

You remain responsible for the content you submit.

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website and fulfilment process may rely on third-party services, including Shopify, Printify, payment processors, delivery companies and other service providers.

These services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the independent operation, availability or policies of third-party services, although we will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues affecting your order.

16. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep the Vintage Iran website available and functioning properly.

However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.

We may temporarily suspend or modify the website for maintenance, updates, security reasons or other operational requirements.

17. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate and up to date.

However, occasional errors may occur, including errors relating to product descriptions, availability, pricing or images.

Where we identify a material error affecting an order, we may contact you to discuss the issue or cancel the affected order and provide an appropriate refund.

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  • Transport disruption
